Lord, Heal Us by Pastor Claude Whittaker recorded live at Deeper Life Ministries located in Salisbury, Maryland
Lord, I had a clap of praise. And you can be seated in the presence of the Lord. Hallelujah. I feel the power of God. I feel the healing virtue of God. I'm not gonna be up here long, only by the grace of God, wherever God wants to take me. But I don't plan on being up here long. I told you my feet are hurting. And so I don't plan on being here. But if God wants me to be up here longer, He had to do something with these, He had to heal these feet. Amen. I thank God. I feel the presence of God. I feel the presence of God. When I feel the presence of God, I can't go in the further until I get you to lift your hands and tell God thank you. Somebody told God thank you. Yes, you didn't have to be here today, God, but you came.
unknownThank you, Lord.
SPEAKER_00Now strengthen us. Hallelujah. Yes, hallelujah. Glory to God. Hallelujah. I told you I already had church this morning. Shia. Yes, already shouted this morning. On an eight-minute phone call. Already shouted, felt the power of God. Me and uh Sister Teresa's mom and her sister. We already had church this morning. Amen. Hallelujah. I could have just stayed home. Glory to God. Hallelujah. But I feel the power of God. We need the power of God. And we're going to get healing in the presence of the Lord. There's a fullness of joy. And at his right hand, there's pleasures forevermore. We need his presence if we're going to get healing. We're going to get deliverance. Interesting set of scriptures I read to you. It tells the story of Israel. And how that God used a prophet Isaiah to speak to the people. God will raise up prophets. And God will raise up preachers. And God will raise up apostles. He will raise up Amen teachers and pastors and evangelists according to his own purpose and his own plan. There's no way that no one should feel, amen, that they're more superior or that they have it altogether when God is the one doing the blessing. Amen. No one should feel like, oh, I'm the cat's meow and the dog's bow wow. Look at me and see how I've got it. There's no way in the world you could do that when God is the one doing the work. How many know the Lord is the one doing the work? Hallelujah. Yes. Speak through this old vessel of clay. Oh God. Speak through this vessel of clay. Everybody wants to be seen, but nobody wants to put in the work. That'll preach right there all by itself. I'm trying to get out of here, but I feel something pushing me. Everybody wanted to be seen. I mean, that's what happened to Saul. Saul wanted to be seen. And Saul lost it all. And God chose David. He said, A man after his own heart. Yes, the youngest of eight sons of Jesse. Eight young sons of Jesse. Amen. You hear me, TJ. Listen to the old man. And so Israel, Israel would always, I'm studying in the book of Judges. I'm gonna preach a little about that in our 3 p.m. service. But Israel would always do something, and God would bring them out. And as soon as the judge died, they would go right back a horn after other gods. And God would give them over to the will of their enemies. And then they would cry to the Lord. You know how it is when you get in trouble? Help, help, help, help, help, help, help, help. I need, need, need, need, you, you, you, you, you. And then soon God would bring them out. They go right back a horn after other gods. Israel. God raised up Isaiah and he would use them because they went uh uh a horn after other gods, and they began to do things and and and it got on God's nerves. There's some things that get on God's nerves. Y'all know how folk get on your nerves. My God, y'all know how people get on your nerves, since Sarah, you know how folk get on your nerves? Yes, but sometimes we get on God's nerves. And the Bible tells us, grieve not the Holy Spirit, which was given unto us until the day of the redemption. We were sealed. Don't grieve the Holy Spirit. Some things grieve God. And the Bible says that amen. Uh God promised them that a thing that it was going through, God was gonna remove it. In Isaiah 57 and verse 15. For thus saith the high and lofty one that inhabit eternity. God Almighty. You got to be able to see who he's talking about, Isaiah. He's talking about, he calls him the high and lofty one that inhabits eternity. He is eternity. He has no beginning and he has no ending. He inhabits, he's not on our timetable. God is not on any time. Amen. Before it was, God existed outside of time. So when you go to God and you're talking about, Lord, it's been four months now. It's been four years now. God is saying, yeah, a day with the Lord is but a thousand years, and a thousand years is but a day. Good God Almighty. Yes, I know it's been a long time, but you need to ask God, please, Lord, don't use a thousand years on me before I get my husband, before I get my wife. Good God Almighty. I got about half of y'all attention. I already got mine. And he says to him, I inhabited eternity, and my name is holy. Glory to God. Hallelujah. My name is holy. My name is holy. Be careful how you whisper my name. Hallelujah. Be careful how you use my name because my name is holy. Yes. Somebody say holy. Holy is our God. Hallelujah. And He inhabits eternity. This holy God. Don't just throw my name out in vain. Know how you prostor yourself, equal Shia, before me when you come before me. Come before me with clean hands and a pure heart. My name. Hallelujah. Yes, my name is holy. It is holy. It's holy. Just don't casually say my name. Those of you who want the Holy Ghost, don't play with his name. Yes. Don't casually say his name. The Bible says that Jesus Christ was given a name that's above every name. That at the name of Jesus Christ, every knee shall bow, every tongue shall confess that he's Lord to the glory of God. When you say that name, say it like you mean it, Jesus. And when you say it like you mean it, something I happened. How do you know? Because I called on him. And he came and he blessed me. Watch this. He said, Not only am I high and lofty, and I inhabit eternity, and my name is holy, I dwell in the high and holy place. Where I dwell is holy. That's why the Bible teaches us, be ye holy. For the Lord thy God is holy. And the temple where he dwells must be holy. And what makes it holy is the presence of God. Oh, you're not so good that you can make God's presence holy. It's where God comes in and makes it holy. That's why we feel his presence now, because we're in a holy place. Yes, and a holy God deserves a holy praise. I need about three of you that feel like giving God a holy praise. Yes. Don't you give God no pity, Pat praise? Give God a holy praise. Open up your mouth and give God glory. He said, by the fruit of your lips. Well, I don't feel like it this morning, Pastor, but God is still holy. I'm tired, Pastor, but He's still holy. I got some things going on, but He's still holy. I'm aching in my body, but He's still holy. I got this, that, and the third going on, but He's still holy. And the Holy God deserves a holy praise. Hallelujah. Yes. Yes. Hallelujah. Yes, y'all not gonna stop me from getting what I need from God. I ask God for this this week. I say, God, you need to come in the sanctuary and you need to give the people a gully washing. Yes, they need to be made over again. Yes, hallelujah. Yes, hallelujah. Sit on us. Sit on us till we get the victory. Sit on us till we get what we need. I'm not gonna move until I get what I need. I got to give you this, and then I got to go. I got another service I gotta preach. And I gotta leave out of here before I'm I get too tired. I feel a holy God in a holy place. I feel a holy God in a holy place. Now if you haven't problems feeling God, I'm gonna tell you why in a minute. Tell you why in a minute. He says, I dwell in a high and holy place, and with him I also dwell, that has a contrite and a humble spirit. So God now dwells in a holy and high place, but he also dwells with a person that has a contrite spirit and who is humble. God looks at our attitude towards him. God looks at how we act towards him. He says, I am also with him that is of a contrite and humble spirit. The word contrite comes from the word contrition. Thank you, both friends. Contrition. Having a deep sorrow and a true repentance. It comes from the Hebrew word being crushed. Being crushed. Being crushed to the point of being broken. I was broken. I feel crushed. And so I came to God in my humility. And I asked God to heal me and to help me that I don't go back to the place where I got crushed. My heart was broken and my spirit was hurt. I'm preaching to somebody. Yes, but out of my heart, I had I had the ability to have a contrite heart. And I ask God to work on the places that I'm weak at. I was humble enough. That's what's wrong with the church. Some of y'all know y'all need help, but you have no humility. Amen. And you're too prideful to ask God to work on my weakness. God, I need you to work on my weakness in this area of my life. I'm weak right here. Yes, God. In other areas, I'm strong. But this thing right here, God got me torn down. And God, you got to help me. Somebody ask him, help me right here.
unknownYes. Yes.
SPEAKER_00Yes. Help my attitude. I have a bad attitude. I need God to help my attitude. God, you got to work on my mind. You got to work on my broken heart. I gave my heart to somebody. Oh God. Guard your heart with all diligence, I heard the Lord say. For out of it flows the issues of life. Contrite and humble spirit. I'm not so prideful that I can't get before God and ask God to help me. God help me. Help me right here. Help me right here. If you don't help me right here, God, there's no help for me. God, I need you. A lot of folk, amen. They were a mask. And they make like everything is all right, but you need God. Everybody needs help. Anybody here need some help? Everybody needs help. Help me. My God. God help me. I asked God this morning. My wife, I was coming to work and I got behind somebody. My God, my God. God help me with my road rage. God, my wife said, You got road rage. Yeah, get out the way. I've got to get the church. And you stopping on the yellow light. The yellow light means to proceed on with caution. Get out of my way. Help me, right? And see, the problem is I can ask God to help me with that. And a lot of y'all don't want to ask God to help me with what you got going on. You nobody don't want to ask God to help me with you got going on because you ain't ready to give it up. Oh, good God almighty. Don't make me preach now. You ain't ready to give it up. And you want to use it. Oh God, uh I got a thorn in my flesh. No, that ain't no thorn in your flesh. That is just your flesh. Yes. Yes. Some of y'all shouting on Sunday and cursing on Monday morning. Or on Sunday in the grocery store when you leave. Glory. Hallelujah. And go to the roses or the acme or the or or or the Walmart. And uh uh you mean you're saying hug them asunder. You saying I'm gonna take my fist and knock you under. Yes, God help me. Where I'm weak. Ain't none of us are wrong yet, none of us made it yet. We have weak places in our lives. That's why our whole lives must be submitted unto God. Yes, anybody want to get submitted unto God? God help me. Help me. He said, I do well with them. I'm with them that have a contrite spirit and a humble spirit. I'm with them. It's not making excuses or blaming your weak points on somebody else, but taking responsibility of your own life. It's getting rid of the crutch and not saying if it had not been for them and this is why I'm like this and what they did to me, good God Almighty, you're gonna let somebody else dictate your life. Yes, it's time for you to let it go and let God give you the victory. Anyone want to get the victory in here on this morning? That's God to heal it where I heard at. Yes. If you'll humble yourself under the mighty hand of God, He will exalt you in due time. The Lord is with you as long as you stop making excuses, but get honest with God. I need you. Watch this. God, I need you to help me put down the cigarettes. Uh-oh. God, I need you to help me to put down the alcohol. God, I need you to help me to keep my clothes on. God, I need you to help me, God. Hallelujah. I need you to help me, God. I need you to help me with my money. Because I spend every time that I get. God, I need your help. Help me with my mind. My mind's telling me one thing. But reality is saying something different. Oh, good God Almighty. I'm not trying to preach in here this morning. Amen. Because we got a visitor. Amen. And and uh and uh she she she she she just coming here to visit. But good God Almighty, she came in here at the right time. Yes, he dwells with them. Yes, we can't make excuses. We must take responsibility and have accountability. Yes, people don't want to be accountable for nothing. Don't want you to say nothing to them, can't take constructive criticism. Yes, get mad, get upset. Well, too bad because God is judging us all. Somebody say hallelujah. It's tight, but it's right. Yes, God help me with that area of my life. Help me, help my wife with the areas of her life. Got me washing clothes every Wednesday because I'm retired. I'm asking God to heal her. Help her. I'm retired. I'm humbling myself doing it now. But it's gonna come a time when that's gonna be over. God gonna give me the strength to tell you no. He dwells with us. If you humble yourself and submit yourself to God, he'll be with you. He not only dwells in glory, he dwells in you. Alright? You gotta talk to somebody now because they like their unbelievers. If you got the Lord, then you tell them that he's in me. Now, if you ain't got him in him yet, tell them he's coming in me. Amen. The Bible says God speaks to Israel and He tells them, if you humble yourself and have some contrition, I'm gonna revive the spirit of the heart of the contrite ones. So revival starts with you. It starts with me. We throw it the term out loosely in the church. Father, we want revival. It starts with you. With some contrition, with some humility, not trying to go after everything and do everything on your own and try to leave God out. A lot of us allow the Holy Ghost to get control of our tongue. But then our tongue gets loose again. And what we need to do is get back down on the altar and ask God to take control of my tongue again. Yes. Don't know how to talk to nobody. Don't know what to say out of your mouth. Say anything. God ain't pleased with that. Can talk to everybody right but me. God wants to revive the heart of that type of person. Now watch this. For the Lord said, I will not contend forever. Now watch this. I'm going to show you. I asked you a while ago. Do y'all feel the presence of God? Presence of God all in here. I will not contend forever, neither will I always be wroth. I told you, God get mad. It's a terrible thing to fall in the hands of an angry God. God trying to revive you. You won't get humble enough. You won't have no contrition. You just go about your own ways and God trying to get you down. Brokenness means something with God. Brokenness.
unknownYes, sir. Yes, sir.
SPEAKER_00And the only way that we got out of that brokenness was that we had to humble ourselves and call upon eternal God to give us the strength to get back up. I will not contend forever, neither will I be always wroth. For the spirit should fail before me and the souls which I made. So the Lord says, I cannot be mad forever, because if I'm mad forever, which means that I'm not going to be in your presence. And if I'm not in your presence, you're not going to be able to live. But what I want you to do is I want you to humbly submit yourself to me, and I will revive you and lift you back up again, and I will give you the strength to live for me. So he calls Israel. He calls Israel to repentance. He calls them to humility to bow before the king. So God now is the prophet that Israel has committed. It is the sin of covishness. It is a strong desire for something. Oftentimes, materialistic things. Oftentimes a strong desire to covet something that belongs to somebody else. Oh, that's not yours, that's somebody else. I only want what God has for me. Because what God got for me is for me. Oh, yeah. It's a strong desire after riches and desires of something. So many folk are covetous people, and they lost their desire for God and switched it for other things. I'm trying to tell you. You can want something so bad, you can put it before God. Are y'all listening to me? That's covetousness. You want that so bad, you're willing to let your relationship with God go down so you can have that. Well, let me tell you something, sir, ma'am. That thing that you uh picked up before God ain't gonna last and it ain't gonna work. God has to be first in your life. How many know that God has to be numero uno? Uh sorry for my Spanish, numero uno. He has to be number one. Don't ask me to say nothing else. He has to be number one, and so and so they they desired Israel covenant after things that they couldn't have that went after false gods and went after other pagan wives and went after things that God didn't want them to have. That's covetousness. God holding on to that man that ain't your husband and somebody else's husband, and that woman is somebody else's wife, and and what you thought that you were doing, you put that thing before God. I'd rather wait on God. I'd rather wait on God, then I'd rather wait on God. I don't want nothing that nobody else got. I got my own set of problems, I don't want nobody else's wife, I don't want nobody else's girlfriend, I got my own wife. Glory to God, hallelujah. Yes, so Israel covered the things of the world. Some of us have lost our desire to have that relationship with God, and we put other things in front of that relationship, our own desires, our own motives, all the things that we wanted, and we've allowed God to become second or third, but God wants to be number one, He deserves to be number one. So the Bible says, for the iniquity of covenants was I wrath. And and uh with him, and uh I smote him, and how did I smite him? I hid me now, now, why can't I hide God? Why can't I feel God? Why can't I experience his presence like I used to? Because something you've done and something that God has done, God smolted you, he hit you, he beat you. What did God beat me? How did he beat me? He hid himself from me. He didn't leave you, he just withdrew himself, trying to get you to repent so that you can come back to God. Hallelujah. Somebody say hallelujah, yes, you know how it was. Used to be you could think Jesus and you could be in the presence of the Lord. Used to be you could think about him and you experience his glory, but now all of a sudden, and no matter what you do, and no matter how long how long you pray, you're having a hard time of experiencing his glory, and God is asking us just to repent and get back to God. God, he said, I withdrew myself. Yes, if I leave altogether, you're not gonna make it, but I withdrew myself. Yes, I said, now I'm gonna return back into my place. What is the place of God? God withdrew himself and said, I'm not gonna stand up in judgment to judge Israel, nor am I gonna bring judgment on them, nor will I have mercy. I'm just gonna return back to my place. I'm gonna withdraw myself every time I get down to prayer. I want to feel God's glory, I want to feel God's presence. When God is moving in the house of God, I don't just want to touch, I want to feel God in his fullness. Hallelujah. Yes, I withdrew myself because of your covetousness, of your desire for something else more than me. I hid myself from you. Yes, God. If God hid himself, that means we've got to go back and find him. Oh, yes, I've got to go back and find God. Albeit I'm not far from none of you. For in you I live and move and have my being. I just withdrew myself. There are times in our lives where God will withdraw himself. To see where we repent and chase after him. See, we have godly sorrow and ask God, God, I'm sorry. I let Skeeter in my life, and God, I'm sorry. Pookie fooled me. Shenane got the best of me. And God, I'm sorry. God, I made some mistakes in my life. God, I know what I did, God, didn't work. And God, I'm just asking you, God, to forgive me and I can make it back with God. I know I'm talking to somebody now. God, you ought to be able to feel the presence of God in the house of the Lord. Uh somebody feel the presence of the Lord. Lift your hands and tell God, thank you. Thank you. I still feel your glory. Thank you. I messed up, but I still feel your power. Thank you, God, that I made some mistakes along the way. But I repented, God, and I got back in your grace. Somebody tell God, thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I was wrath and he went on forwardly in the way of his heart. I hid myself, can't feel him, but I kept on going my way. Then I struggle because I want his presence. I want God's presence in my preaching. I want God's presence in my prayer. Hallelujah. I want God's presence in my singing. I want God's presence, amen, in whatever I'm doing. I want God's presence when I'm driving. I want God's presence, amen, when I'm walking, when I'm working. I want the presence of God. God, don't take your presence from me. Don't take your presence from me. I will fail. I would fail. He says, now that I seen his ways, I will heal him. So the person that had contrition and the person that had a humble spirit, God revived them. He said, I will heal him. Now, the healing that God is speaking of here, it is not a physical healing. It is a spiritual healing. It's healing for the backslider in heart. A lot of times, listen to me, a lot of times we do things and say, Well, Lord, just forgive me, repent, but with no healing.
unknownOh, come on, come on.
SPEAKER_00So there's no revival because our hearts are not fully in it. And so God is saying, not only do you have to turn, but you've got to ask me to heal you. And I will heal you. So a lot of people are left with the remnants of sin and unrighteousness, but haven't really experienced their healing. Because they won't stay long enough on the altar to get what God has for them. I'm preaching better than y'all ain't mining right now. I'm preaching better than y'all ain't mining right now. I'm preaching better. I'm preaching better. But down, you might got to go get the car and get me out of here because I'm preaching better than you. They won't stay on the altar long enough to get what they need from God. But when you really want something from God, you're gonna stay right there till God gives you the victory. I'm gonna stay right there till God give me the victory. Till he heal my backsliding, till he even divide my soul, till God make me whole again. Stay right there. I'm gonna stay right there. There's a lot more healing than just your legs, your body. There's a spiritual healing that needs to happen. So we invoke the presence of God so God can heal us where we had years of abuse, years of problems, years of struggle, years of people treating us bad and down. So we bring that into the house of God. And then when God bless us, we think that God is like our last relationship. And when things go bad, what we do is we don't press forward towards God, we begin to back up. And we begin to back up, God said, okay, you backing up, and I'm gonna hide me from you. And then the only way you're gonna get me back is you gotta step forward in me. Tell somebody you gotta keep moving forward in God. Leave the past behind. Leave the hurt, the disappointment, the feelings behind, and stretch forward towards God, hallelujah. Tell somebody stretch forward, stretch forward towards God, leave it behind and give God glory. Somebody say hallelujah! Yes, hallelujah. You need reviving, and you need healing. I'm okay, I'm over that. You know, I do need healing. You need healing. You need healing. God, heal me where I heard at. You can't bring that over here and trying to do something for God and you all broken to pieces. It's it's it's amorable, but you need healing. There's marriages that need healing. You've been through a divorce, you need healing. You've been through abusive relationships, you need healing. You were disappointed, you need healing. You begin to not believe God.
unknownThat's right.
SPEAKER_00You need healing. So you moved away from God and God wants to heal us on this morning. Hallelujah! He said, I've seen his ways. What God is looking at our ways? Yes. He look what you do. Look at what you do. He look and see if you come down to the altar. Jesus, Jesus. One eye, Jesus, Jesus. One eye open. Jesus, Jesus, Jesus. See who looking. Prideful spirit. Jesus, Jesus, Jesus. Jesus, Jesus, Jesus. Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus. Prideful spirit. Amen. Not really coming down, giving God your all. He looking. He said, I'm looking at his ways. I've seen his way. His ways ain't changed. Let me tell you something about tears. I talked about it the other day about tears move God. But not all tears. Because some tears, you know, a baby will cry. But some tears aren't authentic. And so you can cry at the altar and then still go out and live like the devil. True repentance is to cry with tears of interest yearning. To humbly tell God, forgive me. I repent. I'm sorry. Hosea says and gives us a plan to tell God, take me these words and say unto him, God, the things that I committed didn't work. I sinned against you and you alone. And what I did did not work. Heal me that I might be healed. I acknowledge my sins before you. And God, what I thought I was doing didn't work. And then I got to get really get ready to go. Because y'all not gonna like this. And so and so uh one one of the one of the the most saddest things is for the single people, and some married folk too, is that uh uh the devil lays something wait for you. And uh and uh they lay something wait for you and and they they tell you, oh, you got the prettiest teeth. And you know right well you need some work and you get all uh caught up in that or look at you, look at your six pack to the man, look at your six pack, and you know right well you ain't got no six pack, but they told you that you look so good, and you started believing it, but what it really was was the anointing that they saw on your life, and they weren't really after you, they were after the anointing, and you believed it because that's what you wanted to hear, and you thought you were all that, and the devil tricked you, and then you thought that, and then when it was all over with, and then they saw you that you got rid of the anointing for them, they got rid of you because they felt you just like some other old man, some other old woman, you ain't nothing different about you now. I know I'm talking right in here. Somebody say hallelujah! Yes, you just like anybody else, and you thought you were cute. That's true. So y'all know it, y'all know it. Y'all know it. Where'd you get that car from? That thing is nice. That thing is a 1972. Hashtag your hair is so pretty, it's beautiful. Your hair is so beautiful, and uh well, you must I know it took them two days to work on that. I mean, wow, that's just fabulous. I know you cost about five thousand dollars to get that done. And you need to shape up. The devil knows how to say the right words. He knows how to make you think that you all that. When the devil is only trying to get you to back up from God, cause you to lose your anointing, cause you to get backed and God to hide himself from you, and you skinning and a grinning, and you laughing and a hee hee ha ha, and the devil saying, Yeah, I got you. I know it. Tell the truth. Tell the truth. Playing with the devil, then the devil got you. Let me go on. Let me go on. I have seen his ways, and I will heal him. I will lead him also and restore comfort unto his mourners. Now, listen to this because there were people praying and mourning for Israel to come together. Just like there's people here praying for the church, and we are the church, and for the people to get rid of amen covetousness and get rid of the things of the world and get their lives together so that we all can walk with God and feel from God. Hallelujah. Yes, he said, I'm gonna lead, heal him. Listen, I'm gonna heal him, I'm gonna lead him, and I'm gonna restore him. I'm gonna restore comfort unto all his mourners. I'm gonna comfort them. I create the fruit of the lips, peace, peace to him that is far off, and to him that is near, saith the Lord, I will heal. I'm gonna get you back close to me so I can heal you. You let something take you far away from me. But if you'll just have a contrite heart and a humble heart and come back to me, I'm gonna lead you again and I'm gonna heal you. See, it's not all time heal my back, heal my neck, heal my arthritis. A lot of times, those things are an outward depiction of what's going on inwardly. If I had time, I'd show you that. If I had time, I'd show you that, but I ain't got time right now. If I had time, I'd show you that. I sh I what y'all don't think I'm don't know what I'm talking about? Yeah, I'll show you. Come on, buddy. Get your Bible. Amen. Let me show you real quick. I'm gonna go look, TJ one that Jesus said, show it. Pastor, shot, pastor. But I gotta get ready to go. I mean, God heal us. But he says, let me hit this. But the wicked, with the wicked are like the troubled sea, when it cannot rest, whose water casts up mirror. The wicked can't get healed. But those who trust in the Lord and repent and come back to God, God gonna heal them. Watch this. In the book of Hebrews, chapter 12. Book of Hebrews, chapter 12. Glory to God. You can make God angry. Verse 11, brother Daniel, 11 and uh the 13. Y'all listen to this. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. I know when you made God angry, God began to uh uh uh whip you and beat you, and I know it didn't seem uh good at the time. God withdrew himself and uh and you were grieved because you grieved him, and now he was grieved, right? But uh as a result, it's gonna yield some peaceable fruit of righteousness, but only to them which are exercised thereby. In other words, it's gonna be fruitful only to them who humbly submit themselves to God's correction so that God can heal them. Watch this. You ready? Yes, yes, sir, and okay. So lift up your hands that are hanging down. Lift them up because see now, God now, God now has grieved him and he's grieved you. He hid himself. So instead of now you're in an upward posture. Now you're like this. Whoa, it's me. Because you listened to the enemy and didn't listen to God. Alright. So he says, what he says, he said, lift up your hands. Uh-huh. And your feeble knees. Get up on your knees. Get up. And what else? And get on your feet. Which that which is lame. Now he's talking about physical. Your hands, your knees, and your feet. Which that they turn it out of the way, but let it rather get healed. So a lot of times, our outward depiction is what's going on on the inside of us. Now, not all the time, you just have something going on with you. But a lot of times we move away from God. Things begin to happen in our own natural bodies. And the healing not only outward, it's inward. God heal us. God, heal us. Heal us, God, where we heard that. Heal us, God, that we can be made whole again. Revive the hearts of the people. Yes, God knows what you did. He knows whether you're sorry about it. And God knows where you're not. And God said, I brought you here to heal you. Anybody want to be healed by God? God, I need a spiritual healing. Ain't nothing, Pastor or preacher, talking about my feet and talking about my arms and my legs. Ain't nothing wrong with my feet, my arm, my leg. I'm all right. Well, you need a spiritual healing. You need a spiritual healing. You need to get closer to God. How many of y'all want to get close to God? Yes. It's an outward depiction of what's going on on the inside. Now, some of y'all don't want to hear that. You trying to say, I got bursitis and I'm living in sin. No well, if you ask God to help you. Ask God what's going on. I don't know what's wrong with you. Not all the time, but sometimes it is. Sometimes it is. Sometimes the outward is what's going on on the inside. Some things, amen, you just God. And if you're in the right state with God, then you say, well, that ain't for me, because I'm in the right state with God. But if you've gotten yourself away from God, then you have to look over your life. And you have to have some repentance and some contrition and ask God. God, heal me. Heal my soul. Heal my spirit. Let my hands go back up. Let me have strength in my knees and my feet. Why? So I can run again. So I can chase after you. You were chasing after everything else. Then you need God to heal you. And when God heals you, don't you go back running after nothing else but God? God, heal me that I might be healed. Deliver me that I might be delivered. Because God, you are my praise. Anybody want to praise God this morning? Hallelujah. God, I want you to heal me. Heal me for my covetous spirit.
unknownOh, yes.
SPEAKER_00Always want something. Desire and other things, but God has for me. What God has for you is for you. I need healing in my soul. I'm not playing around. I need healing. Spiritual healing. A lot of us are going through different aspects of our lives. A lot of us are still carrying around the weight and the burden of the things that we've done. Because we've not got proper healing. And we're trying to rush the process. And we're trying to rush it and get God in a hurry. And when it don't happen the way we want it to happen, how we want it to happen, then dare we go off the cliff again. But healing is a pro some healing is done instantaneously. Some healing takes time. And God is just not going to let you heal you like that and know you're going to run back out again. He's going to see how much you really want him. Anybody really want God? Anybody really want God? He's going to see how much you really want him. Yes, but why God do that to me like that? Because he's God. You can't determine your own time of healing. You're going to go in the hospital and tell the doctor how to operate on you. You cut me the wrong way. You supposed to cut me that, cut me, cut the LC and the L3. And you ain't stitching overhand. You got to go underhand. And we can tell the doctor what he's doing. You're not going to tell King Jesus how to do it either. How many of y'all need healing spiritually? I need revival. We want revival. How many of y'all want revival? Now here's the thing that I love about God. Don't look for me to bring revival. I can only bring revival to my life. My wife can only bring revival for her life. But when all of us experience revival in our own lives, when we get together, we'll experience a powerful move of God. There's a scripture I'm going to preach on this afternoon at the book of Judges. The Bible says that when they were willing, when they were willing and offered themselves to God. When you're willing to offer your life, your time, your resources, your ways unto God. I pray right now that the spirit of healing come on to the congregation. I pray that the power of God will touch your life. And I pray that God will not only heal you, but He will make you whole. He will get you to the point where God can lead you again. You won't be led by your own ambitions, led by your own fears, but God will lead you the right way. We need healing. We need healing. We jump sometimes out of one relationship and another with no healing. God, we got to heal me. I can't just jump from this relationship to another relationship. I can't jump from Betty to Barbara without some spiritual and physical healing. And you can't jump from the devil to Jesus without some healing going on. God heal me from my past. Heal me. Touch me and deliver me so that I can have the strength to lift my hands again and to praise you in the name of the Lord. Somebody give the Lord a hand clap of prayer. Lord heal me that I might be healed. Now when we want God to revive us, we're not dependent upon no one else but God. When the Lord speaks to us, He speaks to us. And uh it's good to pray for one another, but you're gonna have to get your own healing. I can pray for you to be healed all I want. But you gotta willingly offer yourself to the Lord. Willingly offer yourself to the Lord. I can look at folk and say, folk man, they need healing. They need to be restored. They need to be revived. This Holy Ghost man is a powerful Holy Ghost. This Holy Ghost man gives you joy. This Holy Ghost man gives you peace. This Holy Ghost man give make you happy. And if you're not living anything like that, you're living a defeated life. And you've got to you've got to be contrite and be humble enough to ask God to restore you and to heal you in the name of the Lord. In Jesus' name. Those of you who need something from God, amen. You can stand at your seat. You can come to the altar. You can do whatever you want to do. But you're gonna have to talk to God all by yourself. In the name of the Lord, I need healing. The church needs healing. Hallelujah. Yeah, gosh. Our minds need healing. Something spiritual is about to happen. Something spiritual. Something spiritual. Something spiritual.
