I could tell you. Oh, the Apostle Paul. Write to his son in the gospel of Timothy. Timothy is young. He's he's he's afraid in some incidents in his faith is not worth it. Paul has to write him to assure to him. Paul said, I'm sure it's in him. Paul had to remind Timothy that the gift that was in him he had to stir up. That gift that was given him was by the laying on the hands of the presbyters, the elders, laid hands on him. Paul had to remind him that serving God and going through and serving the Lord wouldn't be easy. Serving God is not easy. Serving God is not easy, but it is not impossible. It is not impossible. And so Paul reminds him of Brother Mike in 2 Timothy chapter 3. He reminds him of in verse number 10. We'll start at verse number 10. He reminds him prior to that about how in verse 8 and 9, you don't have to go there in 8 and 9. He reminds them of how when Moses was called of God, and how Moses was chosen by God to bring deliverance to the people. These were perils of musicians, magicians that stood before him to withstand at the moment. When God has something for you to do, God has purpose for your life. There's always opposition. And there's always people trying to withstand what God is trying to do for your life. There will always be those, amen, that cannot see what God sees in you. You've got to make sure that you're around folk that can see that God has something in you prepared for you. Opposition is real, but so is the power of God. I want you to listen to me real good. Amen. Because the devil's not going to just tell you God got something for you, and I'm going to leave you alone because God got something for you. The devil's going to fight you every step of the way. He's going to fight you till you get strong enough to say, as somebody was praying in the prayer this morning, get thee behind me, Satan. The song we were singing. Get thee behind me. He's going to fight you every step of the way. That's why you can't take the negative negatively. You got to take the negative positively. That the devil is messing with you, withstanding you, because God got purpose on your life. Oh, I hope I'm talking to some folk that know that God got purpose on your life. Yes, I don't plan on being up here long. The mothers need to go and be loved on today and every day. But I got to give you the word of the Lord. Amen. Hallelujah. Amen. I got to give it to you. You can't come this way and think there's not going to be opposition. There are going to be folk that will betray you. Folk that will lie to you. Folk that you've done everything you can do for that would go back and stab you in the back. Folk that won't appreciate your goodness and your kindness. There'll be folk, amen, that the more you try to get closer to God, the more they try to pull you away from God. But I come here today to let you know that God is in control. How many know that God is in control? Let me tell you something. Here's what he told them. He said in verse 9, but they shall proceed no further. They shall proceed no further, for their folly shall be made manifest unto all men, as theirs also was. As God manifests the folly of Janice and Jambries, He can manifest the folly of those that's opposing you and trying to stop you from becoming all that God wants you to do. Yes, God is no respect of person. And just like God manifests what they were doing. God can manifest what they're doing, trying to stop you from living for God. Yes, but we know that if God be for you, who can be against you? Yes, who? Who? Who come on, sister Ann? Wow, Ann. If God is for you, no one can be against you. I want to know who if God is on your side. There's no one that can stop God from blessing you but you. All right. Let me, I gotta go a little further. I gotta go a little further. Amen. Hallelujah. I thought I could quit right there, and y'all could take off and run around the place and fall out, but I gotta go a little further. Amen. Hallelujah. That's okay. I'm prepared. It never goes that easy with me. He says in verse number 10, but you, Timothy, Paul writes him, has fully known my doctrine. Timothy, you know what I teach. You know and what I believe. You know, Timothy, amen, what I teach and preach to the people. You also know the manner of life that I live. Ugh, that's the part right there. A lot of people teach it and preach, but not living nothing. He said, You know my manner of life. You know my purpose, because I know it. My faith, my long suffering. I've been through some things. You know my love and my charity. And also you know my patience. Um, yes, here's a list of things that he's going through. You also know my persecution and afflictions that came unto me at Antioch, Iconium, and at Lystra. What persecutions I endured. He said I had to go through something. But I held on to God. Yes, I held on. But out of all the things that I went through, out of all of them, the Lord delivered me. But I had to go through them. There's some things that we've got to go through. So he gives a list of things that happened to him at Antioch, Iconium, and Lystra. And you'll find it in the book of Acts of the Apostles. Amen. In the book of Acts of the Apostles, Amen, chapter 14, Brother Mike. Amen. Hallelujah. And we'll start at verse number five, and then we'll go back here and we're going home. Amen, because I feel something in the room. Amen. I want you to know, amen. Paul says that amen. I endured. The scriptures teach us to endure hardness as a good soldier of the Lord Jesus Christ. You've got to endure. You can't just get weak every time a trial comes. You can't just throw your hands up every time things don't go your way. You can't just lose it because, amen, it didn't line up like you thought it was gonna line up. You've got to endure some folks. You can't just lose it just because somebody whispers something about you behind your back. You still got to endure. Everybody enduring it here. Amen. You got to endure hardness as a good soldier of the Lord Jesus Christ. Yes, I've been through some things and some trial, and I know in whom I have believed. Tell them, amen, you got to endure some things. He tells an iconium, the Bible says in in Acts chapter 14 and verse number 5, he said, and when they were was an assault made both of the Gentiles and also of the Jews with their rulers to use them despitefully and to stone them. Then uh we were aware of it. Uh God made him aware of it. Uh that they're trying to take you out. God will make you aware of things. God will let you know, amen, who's for you and who's against you. God will let you know what's going on. I'm trying to tell you right now God ever let somebody know what's going on. And he said, excuse me, he said, and they were laying a weight round about at Lystra Derby and Laconia. And there they preached the gospel, the good news that Jesus saves. And because Paul, the apostle, knew his purpose, and because those that were with them knew what they were supposed to do, then the enemy was trying to destroy what God wanted them to do. What God is trying to birth in you is bigger, amen, than anything you can even imagine. What God is trying to birth in you. Some of you here are pregnant with promise. And God said the opposition that you're going through is only because I put something in you that must come out. Hallelujah. Amen. Anybody pregnant with a promise that God put in you? Glory. Amen. Hallelujah. Amen. Give me 30 minutes and we go at home. 12:30. Amen. Where's my time keeper at? Amanda, you keep the time. 12:30. Amen. Let the Holy Ghost push me. The Holy Ghost push me, then we can go right by you. Amen. But that's where I want to go. Amen. Hallelujah. They preach the good news that Jesus saves and he delivers. And that Jesus sets free. He heals. He restores. He makes a way where it seems to be no way. And as they were preaching, there sat a certain man at Lystra. Feet went work. And being crippled from his mother's womb. Who never, I said paralyzed, who never, somebody say never. He never had walked. Didn't know it was like to walk. Never experienced walking. He was crippled from his mother's womb. The same heard Paul speak. Now, his feet was impotent. But what nothing wrong with his ears? Oh, glory. Yes, he had some problems going on. Yes, but nothing's wrong with his ears. I want you to hear the word of God. And all the problems that you got coming up against you, and all the things you got against you, I hope your ears are still working. That you can hear the word of God. Because the word of God is what gives you strength and direction. Amen. Hallelujah. The Bible says the same heard Paul speak, who steadfastly beholding him and perceived that he had the faith to be healed. He heard him and saw. Even in his condition, he had the faith to believe that God was able to do it. I just want to park right there for a few moments. Because I want to ask you a question. And all that you have against you, and all that you have going on with you, do you really believe that God is able to do it? Hallelujah. Yes? If you believe that God is able to do it, give the Lord a hand clap. I know that God is able. I know that He's able. Glory to God. He received that He had the faith to be healed. And Paul said with a loud voice, Stand upright on thy feet. Get up from that condition. Oh, glory. Somebody hear the word of the Lord. Yeah, I know you're sorrowful. And I know, amen, that depression is trying to stick in. I know the devil's trying to keep you crippled. But stand up on your feet. Do something that you've never done before. Give it up, the man has never walked before. And the man leaped on his feet. And the man did something that he's never done before, the man walk. Hallelujah. Yes, the devil came up with the devil's trying to do today. But whatever the devil's trying to do to you, you better get up on your feet and give God glory. Yes, you better leave up and come on God's fight and give God promise. The devil can't keep you troubled in your position any longer. Do something that you've never done before. From death we were sinners. We were born in the sin. Shaken to iniquity. But Jesus Christ came that we can be delivered from our sin. Oh, give somebody half five and tell them get up from there. Yes. Get up from there. Yes. Get up from there. And do something that the doctors told you wasn't possible. Good God almighty. Do something that people told you couldn't happen. Do something that the naysays can't happen. Get up from there and give God glory. Yes. Yes. Y'all can be seated. I got a little bit ways to go. In the name of the Lord. Hallelujah. Yes. Hallelujah. Glory to God. Hallelujah. Thank you. Yes. I got to give you what God told me to give you. In the name of the Lord. Hallelujah. But I got to condition you to be ready to receive what God wants you to have. So the apostle Paul goes through afflictions. He goes through persecution because he was preaching the gospel. And through him, God was healing folk. Folk were being delivered, and folk were being saved. So you're trying to figure out why it is so difficult. Why are things going awry? Why is things so hard? It's because you found your purpose. And the devil don't want you walking in your purpose. But to God be the glory. I'll be sitting right here, standing on my feet, giving God glory. So God brings me out of it. There's some things that you're just going to have to endure. Watch this. Praise the Lord. Glory to God. Yes. There's some things that you just can have to endure. So God brings you out of it. Your persecution, your affliction. God didn't let them happen to destroy you. They happen because the enemy's trying to stop you from being and doing what God wants you to do. Just some things that you can have to endure. Now, I know there's folk that don't like me. They don't like me. They don't like me because I tell the truth. They don't like me because I'm the opposite of them. And they're trying to figure out why is it that God keeps on blessing them? Why is it that God keeps on using them? Amen. Because I'm free. And when you're free, you open yourself up to God to use you. Now, I know they don't like me. But I endure it. And uh I endure it because I love folks. And God tells me you got to love even your enemies. But there's folk that are demons assigned to your life, Sister Debbie. There are demons assigned to your life. And you think that you're wrestling with flesh and blood, but you're wrestling with principalities and powers, spiritual wickedness in high places that are assigned to your life to destroy you from becoming all that God said for you to do. Now, the moment you realize that your fight is not with flesh and blood, but your fight is with demons, then you learn how to pray and seek God till strongholds are broken. That's why I told you to stand on your feet. This thing is spiritual. It's spiritual. Not carnal, not natural, it's spiritual. You got to have somebody that can get in your corner. If you don't have somebody, you got to get in your own corner and cheer yourself on. So God give you the deliverance. Watch this. The man leaked on his feet. And when Paul, and when the people saw uh what Paul had done, that was their first mistake. Because Paul didn't do it, the Lord did it through Paul. And they said that they were gods, and they tried to worship them in verse 19, brother Mike. And there, same chapter, 14 and 19, and uh uh Acts 14 and verse 19, and there came thither certain Jews from Antioch and Iconium who persuaded uh the people in having stoned Paul threw him out of the city, supposing that he was dead, because he was walking in his purpose. Yes, they stoned him, and they wanted to take away from him what God was doing, and they drug him out of the city. Now, God could have stopped them from stoning him if he wanted. But there's some things, y'all listen to me, there's some things that you're gonna have to endure. There's some things that's gonna give you spiritual knowledge and spiritual revelation on who he is, about what you go through. There's some things, some depths of wisdom that you only get about things that you go through. Stop telling God to bring you out when God ain't ready to bring you out. Stop trying to figure out situations, just be there on your face before God because God is teaching you something, He's teaching you to trust and believe in Him. He's teaching you not to put your trust in men, but put it in the living God. Yes, they drug him out of the city, and his disciples stood round about him when he got back up. They knocked him down when he got back up. The enemy is on the attack, he's trying to knock the people of God down. But God took me today to tell you that you've got to get back up and continue. You've got to finish what God gave you to start. Don't you get so caught up with the battle that you forget to keep on running for God. Don't you get so caught up with them trying to get you off focus and get you off path, you got to keep on running for God. So Paul had a testimony, and they came, the Bible says, into the city and uh into Derby. And the Bible says that he had preached there. And when he preached the gospel and taught many, they returned again to Lystra and to Iconium and to Antioch, confirming the souls of the disciples and exhorting them, yes, to continue in the faith. And that we must, through much tribulation, enter into the kingdom of God. So after they stoned him, he went right back into the same city which saw them stone him. He went right back to the same place that saw him look like he was done and defeated. He went right back and exhorted them. You see me, you've got to continue in the faith. He taught them that through much tribulation, yes, we. Must enter to the kingdom of God. In other words, he went back to tell them I was down, but I'm not about. And never I'm back. Top of the devil, never. You tried to destroy my wall. You tried to cause me to give up. You tried to cause me to fill in the town. But now devil I'm back. And I'm back, continuing on what God had me to do. Yes, I'm back. You got to talk to that demon sometime. But now I'm back. I'm back with power. I'm back with authority. I'm back with the anomaly. And I'm back with purpose. Oh, I wish I had about three of you. They're really knew you can tell the devil I'm back. And I'm not playing around. I'm back. Yes. Can you imagine? Can you imagine? They stoned him to death. And he got up. And he said, Wow. Giving up is not an option. Going back is not an option. So whatever else is it left for me to do? So the Bible said he said, I continue to do the will of God. I don't care what the devil is doing, I will continue to do the will of God. I will continue to work wise day. I will continue to give God the glory. And I will continue to walk with God. Yes, anybody gonna continue on? Yes, I will continue to serve God. Serving God. There's tribulations, there are problems. I sat on the spiritual vitamin, there's crises that come in your life. You can't give up because folk want you to give up. You can't idly sit back and let the devil run bunch out over your life. Yeah, you can get knocked down, but get back up and continue. Continue on with God. I know they don't like you, but continue on with God. I know they won't receive you, but continue on with God. I know they're mad at you, but continue on with God. I know they're threatening you, but continue on with God. Don't you lose another night of sleep because of them. You continue on with God. Hallelujah. Yes. So I continue. On with God. And he went right back into the same place that stoned him to let them know you've got to go through many tribulations to make it into the kingdom. You're not going to make it to the kingdom, not going through nothing. You're not going to make it back with God without have to make certain decisions. Ooh, God Almighty. You're not going to make it back with God without having to make certain choices in your life. You're going to have to make some serious choices and decisions in your life if you want to go back with God. You're going to have to go through it. You're going to have to endure it. Some of us have been doing things for years. And then God stepped in and gave us the victory. I know I'm preaching to somebody. Some of us have been waiting for this moment. We were waiting for this moment that we could get back up again and continue on with God. Seemed like life was put on pause. Seemed like everything stopped. But God has touched my life. So I'm going to continue on with God. Anybody can continue on with God? Oh, give the Lord a hand and clap of praise. You're going to have to go through something to enter into the kingdom. He exhorted them that through many tribulations, you must enter into the kingdom of God. The Bible says that Jesus Christ suffered in the flesh. Arm yourselves like why. The devil don't like you. And it's not really about you. It's about the Christ in you. The hope of glory. And the moment you make it about you, you lose the victory. Not you. It's what's in you. That's why the devil don't like you. So I continue, Paul says. I went right back. Now some of us would have had a hard time. Says to Natalie, you got to go back in there where they hit you in the head with rocks and stones. Knocked you unconscious. You got to go back in there and that and preach to them. Natalie said, Oh no, Lord, you sure? You got to go back in there. You can't give up. Giving up is not an option. You got to get back in the game. You got to go right back. You got to get on your feet and run right back. You got to tell the tell them for God I live and for God I die. The Lord is on my side. The Lord is with me. Yes, he's more for me than the whole world is against me. Tell somebody, get back in there. Get back in the race. Get back in the fight. Get right back in there. Let me tell you something. Let me tell you something. I'm in Minnesota Amanda. Okay. Let me tell you something. Let me tell you something. I saw some extras of a boxing match this weekend. And uh the man who was the champ, or he was supposed to win, he was getting his head rocked. The man knocked him down twice. And uh all of a sudden the man was tearing him up. With a few moments, without even warning, the man that was supposed to win got one good blow in. And when he hit him in the chin, all you need is one blow. Even though things don't seem like they're going your way. You got to hang in there and fight. The good fight of faith let hold on eternal life. You got to keep on swinging. You got to keep on swinging. You got to keep on swinging. You got to fight the good fight of faith. When he got finished with that man, that man seem like his whole side, his face was crushed in. I said, Good God. And just because the devil gives you one blow, how dare you throw your hands up? How dare you give up because you're disappointed? Get back in there. Fight the good fight of faith.

Yes. Glory. Anybody get back in there? Yes. We've got the victory. We've got the victory in Christ Jesus. You've got to go through some things. Life is not just not going to be a bed of roses. That's how the saints want it. Bed of roses. Oh, I'm good. Praise the Lord. Hallelujah. And then the moment something goes wrong, you know? You've got to be preconditioned to know that the battle has already been won. And the battle is not yours. It belongs to God. And I'll be right here trusting in the Lord. Till victory shows itself to me. Yes. You've got to go through something. There can be some times of loneliness. There can be some time of despair. There can be some time of sickness. There can be some time, it seems like you don't know where you're going to get it, where it's going to come from. You're going to be some times when people, amen, are going to do away with you and throw you casting to the side. But you've got to believe in the Lord and trust in him. Come on, brother Mike, 2 Timothy. Let me finish up here. Let me give you this word. Amen. Paul says in 2 Timothy chapter 3 and verse number 11. Persecution and affliction which came unto me at Antioch and at Iconium and Lystra. I just showed you the persecution he went through. He says, but out of them, he said, I endured. I endured. But out of them all. Not some of them. But out of them all, the Lord delivered me. I've been through some stuff. But I endured what I went through it. And now I got a testimony that God had delivered me out of them all. The devil didn't win. God got the victory. And now until God be the glory. Yes, I had to wait for my testimony. It was just a test that I'm going through. And I didn't give up on God doing my test. I just kept on waiting and enduring. Now I got a testimony that I want to give to the church. Paul says, the Lord deliver me out of them all. Out of them all. Yes, out of them all. Glory. Out of them all. Yeah? Verse number 12. And all that will live godly. In Christ Jesus. You got to live something. If you're trying to live something, you're going to go through something. If you're trying to do your best to live for God, the devil's going to come after your throat. You're trying to live and have some peace. He's going to disturb your peace. Because he's going to try to stop you from living for God. You're going to suffer persecution. When I heard the word of the Lord say, if you suffer with him, you shall reign with him. Yes. If you suffer with him, you're going to reign with him. So in order for you to reign with God, you got to go through something. Yes. We don't serve God on feelings. We don't serve God on situations. We serve God because we love him. Anybody love the Lord? Watch this. Watch this. How many minutes do I got, Manda? Okay. Good, Manda. Amen. Amanda wants to hear the words. She wants to hear the laughter. Listen to this. The godly are gonna reign with her. But evil men and seducers, they only gonna get worse and worse. They only get worse than worse. Deceiving and being deceived. It's bad. Not only deceiving, but being deceived. That's how evil men are. Their hearts are not posture towards God. If you ain't careful, the devil will use them to deceive you. The devil used them to get you off place. He called them evil and seducers. They love to seduce with the way that they talk. Y'all listen to me with seduction. The Bible talks about the spirit of seduction. Want to seduce people and thinking the way that they think and hearing what they say and believing what they say. That's why we must be full of the power of God to discern between that which is good and evil. Y'all listen to me. But continue, Timothy. Same thing he had to do. Continue thou in the things which thou have learned, and the things which thou art assured of. That from a child, thou have known the Holy Spirit, which are able to make you wise, under salvation, through faith, which is in Jesus Christ our Lord. So Timothy, and the Apostle Paul, and you the church, through your trials and your tribulations, to your disappointments, to your pain and your turmoil. When you didn't know what to do, well, what did I do? I continued living for God. When it was hard, I continued. When I lost my mother and my father, I continued living for God. When I couldn't understand what was going on, I continued to serve God. I didn't get turned around by my afflictions or my persecution. When the church disappointed me, I continued living for God. When people disappointed me, I continued living for God. The only other option in the middle of the storm is to continue on. None of us would fall off a boat and just give up and drown. We will continue to swim to shore. Listen to this. We will continue or try, we beat that water dry to continue on with God. The enemy is trying to stop you from your purpose. So he throws everything at the saints all at once. And so your answer to the devil is to continue. Continue to pray. Continue to fast. Continue to come to church. Continue to believe God. Continue, amen, to thank God. Continue to worship God. Continue to believe God. Continue to walk with God. Continue to go forward in God. Tell somebody, so I continue. Got that testimony. Got that testimony. Got that testimony. When your husband left, you continued living for God. Yes, got that testimony. When I couldn't understand what was going on, I continued. When I was trying to figure out why all these trials coming at me at once, so I continued to live for God. When it seemed like no one else understood, I continued to live for God. When it seemed like it was difficult, and I didn't know how means we're going to meet, I continued to pray to God. I didn't give up in the middle of the storm. I continued to believe and live for God in the name of Jesus. I need about three of you right now that got a testimony. That when the devil gave you his best job, I continued to live for God. I need somebody with the testimony. I continue to live for God. Come here, baby. Come here, Manda. And I'm here. Come here.

I continue to preach and I continue to live for God. When the devil attacked their bodies with breast cancer, they didn't give up. They continued to live for God. They didn't stop. They didn't back up. They continued to live for God. When you fell on the moon, and you felt by yourself, you did not give up on God. What'd you do? You continue to live for God. Then you got the testimony. I continue to live for God. Yes. Anybody continue? Deacon Fred lost his son in a car accident. Him and his wife. They didn't give up on God. Because God didn't resurrect their son and bring him back to life. They continued to live for God. But they continued to live for God. Anybody continue on to live for God? When the devil is bringing accusations against you. When he's threatening you, if you don't do this, I'm going to do that and this, that, and the other. You continue to live for God. So what else was left? Nothing but me to continue to live for God. But they're sitting in the house of God. Through the pain. Through the hurt. But I continue to live for God. I continue to lift my hands. I continue to give God glory. I continue to thank the Lord. So I continue to live for God. The Lord is going to bring you through it and gonna bring you out of it. Now listen to me. Paul went through all those attacks just so that he could get to a place where God could use him to take a man that had never walked to get up from his situation and walk. Yes? Yes. God is trying to use you. Don't you give up in the struggle. Yes. Continue on with God. God got something bigger on the other side of the struggle. God got something better on the other side of the struggle. Tell somebody, don't you give up on God? You continue to serve the Lord. Somebody give the Lord a hand, glove of praise. Don't you dare give that devil the testimony that you quit. Don't you dare give that testimony. Job said, naked I come into the world, naked I go out. But blessed be the name of the Lord. Job said, Though he slay me, yep, well I trust in him. When things get tough, things get hard, and you're facing reality. You lost your dad, but you continued on. You didn't give up. Your Holy Ghost, amen, is not wrapped up into your parents. Your Holy Ghost is wrapped up in you. Yes. So I continue. I can I continue. Continue to believe God. You're gonna have to go through something. But to God be the glory. We got the victory. So I told you, you need to be in the house. Because God, my assignment today is to tell you to continue on. Continue on. Continue with the Lord. I heard the Holy Ghost say, weeping may endure for a night. But joy comes in the morning. Yes, your morning is coming. Your morning is coming. Continue on with God. And your morning is coming. Yes. He said the Lord delivered him out of them all. He's giving you a testimony. Because I got one. When your father and mother forsake you, then the Lord will lift you up. Hallelujah. Stop depending upon people. Let the Lord lift you up and give you the victory. So what are you going to do? I'm going to continue.

What are you going to do? I'm going to continue. On with God. When things get difficult, I'm not setting myself up for failure. You're going to have some problems when you come this way. You're going to have some difficulty. Don't throw in the towel. Continue on with God. He's able to do exceedingly and abundantly. Above all, we might ask or think. According to the power that worketh in you. In the name of the Lord. I'm going to continue on. I'm going to continue on living for God. No matter what I'm going through. The devil will not stop me from doing all that God has put in my heart to do. I'm going to continue on. You know, in certain places, I know that sometimes, uh a lot of times when people are in relationships or in a marriage and the enemy were trying to put uh demands on the woman or the man. They will put demands on them and say, if you keep going, then I'm out of here. And then you don't do this and you don't stop serving God, I'm going to do this. And trying to put demands on the man or the woman. But you tell them, if I don't stop going, you're going to do what? You're going to do what? What you gonna do? Because I'm gonna continue on with God. Or I wish I had somebody know how to talk like I talk. I wish I had somebody know how to talk like I can talk. Yes? Hallelujah. I'm gonna continue on with the Lord. There's something brighter waiting for you. There's something brighter that has your name on it. Amen. I need y'all to do me a favor. How many of y'all gonna continue on with God? So I continue. Denise, we're gonna continue on with the Lord.
